Mandarin Orange Salad

Romaine lettuce (torn)
Celery and green onions (chopped finely)
can of mandarin oranges, drained

 Sugared Almonds
1/4 c. sugar
 1/2 c. almonds, sliced

Heat sugar in skillet until it begins to melt- add almonds- lay on waxed paper and break apart.

Dressing
1 tsp. salt, pinch of pepper
1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. canola oil or olive oil

Mix all together well.
