Crumb Cake

2 c. flour (sifted)
1 c. sugar
4 T. butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinammon

Mix 1 c. flour, sugar, butter and salt. Take out 1/2 c. and reserve for top. Add 1 c. flour to rest with baking powder and soda.

Mix egg with buttermilk and vanilla. Add together and beat thoroughly.

Pour into greased 11x7 pan. Mix cinnamon in with 1/2 c. crumb mixture. Sprinkle evenly on top. Bake 25-30 min at 375.
